About
Madeline Warner is an Ypsilanti-based violist and is currently a member of the Ann Arbor, Lansing, and Flint Symphony Orchestras. She performs chamber music regularly throughout Southeast Michigan and the Toledo area at Candlelight Concerts and other events. She is a founding member of the Mulholland Quartet, and plays frequently with the Kalkaska Quartet.
Alongside performing, Madeline is a passionate educator with a thriving viola and violin studio. She is excited to join the faculty of Eastern Michigan University as Adjunct Lecturer of Viola in 2026. With a background in music education, she has a wide breadth of teaching experience in higher education, public schools, and non-profit organizations.
Madeline holds Bachelor of Music degrees in Music Education and Viola Performance from the University of Michigan and a Master of Music degree in Viola Performance from the University of Washington. In her free time, she enjoys reading books and hanging out with her cats Biscuit and Tony.
